How To Make Quinoa and Oat Breakfast Fruit Rolls [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  1. In a small saucepan, add milk and boil on low heat. Add the quinoa and all other quinoa and oats ingredients and let simmer for 20-30 minutes until they have absorbed all liquid.
  2. Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Add a rice paper sheet, one at a time for 5 to 10 seconds. Remove and place on a flat surface. Towards one end of the rice wrapper, layer your preferred toppings and some of the quinoa oatmeal mixture.
  3. Fold both ends to the center and roll the sheet as tightly as you can without ripping. Continue with remaining sheets and filling.
