What Ingredients Do You Need To Make Peanut Butter Cookies [Vegan]
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup (200g) packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 2 flax eggs-2 tablespoons ground flax meal and 6 tablespoons water, mixed and chilled at least 30 min.
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 cup oat flour or oatmeal ground to flour
How To Make Peanut Butter Cookies [Vegan]
- Start by preparing the 2 flax eggs-For each egg, mix 1 tablespoon very finely ground flax meal and 3 tablespoons water; chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oven to 350° F. Combine all ingredients. Shape the dough into 24 balls. Flatten
- slightly with crossed tines of a fork.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes. Let cool slightly on cookie sheets. Carefully remove to a coolingrack. They will be a bit fragile until cool.
