How to Prepare Palak Tofu Paneer [Vegan]
- Add oil in the pan and heat on medium heat. Add cubed tofu and rest of the spices for tofu. Mix to coat the tofu and cook for 10-15 minutes on low–medium heat.
- Place all the spinach curry ingredients into a food processor and run until well combined and smooth. Add the curry mixture in the pan with tofu and keep cooking on low- medium heat for 10-15 more minutes. Taste and adjust salt and spices. Serve with rice or bread.
