Super easy and filling rice and mushroom veggie bowl. Also fully packed with flavor! Must try!
Mushroom and Rice Veggie Bowl [Vegan]
- 9 oz mushrooms
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/3 cup cooked rice
- Saute garlic in oil and dash of salt
- Add mushrooms and snow peas and saute
- Add a dash of soy sauce. If you need to cook veggies longer feel free to add a splash of water to the pot.
- Add cooked rice to a bowl with the veggies.
