Ingredients

  • 9 oz mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup cooked rice
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Saute garlic in oil and dash of salt
  2. Add mushrooms and snow peas and saute
  3. Add a dash of soy sauce. If you need to cook veggies longer feel free to add a splash of water to the pot.
  4. Add cooked rice to a bowl with the veggies.
