Minty Green Pea Hummus [Vegan]

  • 1 15.5oz can chickpeas, drained
  • 1 16oz bag frozen peas
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Add the chickpeas, frozen peas to the bowl of your food processor, process on high
  2. Add the garlic and tahini and mint process on high
  3. Slowly add the olive oil and lemon juice, pulse until hummus is smooth
  4. Add the salt, pulse to combine
  5. Let the hummus come to room temperature before serving***
