Minty Green Pea Hummus [Vegan]
Ingredients
- 1 15.5oz can chickpeas, drained
- 1 16oz bag frozen peas
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/4 cup fresh mint
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Add the chickpeas, frozen peas to the bowl of your food processor, process on high
- Add the garlic and tahini and mint process on high
- Slowly add the olive oil and lemon juice, pulse until hummus is smooth
- Add the salt, pulse to combine
- Let the hummus come to room temperature before serving***
