How to Prepare Marble Cookies [Vegan]

    1. In a bowl, beat the sugar together with the sunflower oil and add the milk and the extract. Add the flour and knead until the ingredients are incorporated. Avoid working the dough too much to keep it fluffy.
    2. Then cut it in half and in one of the two pieces add the cocoa and knead until it is fully incorporated into the dough.
    3. On an oiled work surface, open in two sheets, one white and the other chocolate in dimensions 25x40 cm.
    4. Place one sheet on top of the other and wrap them together to produce a "salami" about 60 cm long.
    5. Cut the dough into thick slices. About 1.5-2 cm and place the pieces lying on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The recipe yields About 30-35 pieces.
    6. Preheat the oven to the heating elements up and down, at 350°F and bake for about 25 minutes until our cookies are golden brown - depending on the power of the oven.
