This floral twist to a classic French 75 adds just a hint of perfume, barely there but enough to transport you to the lavender fields of Provence.

Ingredients You Need for Lavender French 75 [Vegan]

2 oz. (50 ml) gin
1 oz. (30 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 oz. (20 ml) Monin lavender syrup ice cubes, to shake
well-chilled Champagne or Crémant, to top up
lemon twists, to garnish

How to Prepare Lavender French 75 [Vegan]

Pour the gin, lemon juice and lavender syrup into a cocktail shaker ﬁlled with ice cubes. Shake until frosted then strain the mixture into a small jug/pitcher and divide between 2 ﬂutes.
Carefully top up with well-chilled Champagne or Crémant and garnish each with a lemon twist. Serve at once.
