How to Prepare Hash Brown Omelet [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  1. Cook the shredded potatoes on a grill pan until they're crispy. This should take about 15 minutes on high heat. If you see a lot of steam you’ll know they're not crispy yet.
  2. Once the hash browns are done set them on a plate.
  3. Add the mushrooms and spinach to the grill. Sprinkle them with spices. Cook them 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add vegetables to one side of the hash browns and fold the other side over them. Serve this with your favorite dipping sauce.
