  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup non-fat vegan Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts (soaked for at least 4 hours)
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango (optional)
  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 1 date , pitted
  • 2 tablespoons vegan vanilla protein powder of choice

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend for a minute until all ingredients are pulverized into a thick cream.
