  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 3/4 ounces cacao butter, chopped
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 3 tablespoon of flax seeds
  • 9 tablespoons water
  • 1/3 cup agave
  • 1/3 cup oat cream
  • 1 cup oat flour, sifted
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons corn or potato starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground clove
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao, sifted

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 395°F.
  2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Melt your cacao butter and coconut oil in a heatproof bowl. Set it over a pan of simmering water and stir until smooth.
