Ingredients

  • 4 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup elderflower cordial
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • A few mint leaves
  • Fresh elderflowers, optional

Preparation

  1. Thinly slice the lemon and spread it with the mint in the ice pop forms; it will infuse the ice pops with a subtle flavor. Add fresh elderflowers if you want them to look pretty, but this step is optional and it does not change the taste.
  2. Mix the water and the elderflower cordial and pour it into the ice pop form. Add the popsicle sticks and freeze your elderflower ice pops for a minimum of 6 hours.
