How to Prepare Easy Spelt Wholemeal Bread [Vegan]
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- First mix the dry ingredients. Then add the wet ingredients. Mix well.
- Brush a loaf tin with oil, fill with the dough. Sprinkle a bit flour on top.
- Bake for about 60 minutes.
- Switch off the oven. Leave the bread in the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Then turn out of the mold and allow to cool completely.


Spelt and Rye are not gluten free, and unless the beer is made with gluten free grains, that’s not gluten free either.
