  • 2 cups deglet noor dates
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla powder
  • 1 teaspoon hazelnut extract (or other flavor)
  • dash of salt .

Preparation

  1. Mix all dough ingredients in a food processor and mix until it is like sand.
  2. Form dough into balls.
  3. If it is not sticking, add a little coconut oil.
  4. Roll them into your desired topping and enjoy!
