Decadent Chocolate Truffles [Vegan]

  • 1 bag dark chocolate chips
  • 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free half and half
  • 1 teaspoon coffee, optional


  1. Pour the bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips into a bowl.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the half and half to a boil.
  3. Immediately remove from heat and let sit for a few seconds.
  4. Pour cream over chocolate.
  5. Whisk together until combined to form the ganache.
  6. Add coffee (optional) and whisk together.
  7. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
  8. With spoons and your hands, form into one-inch round balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  9. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips at 50% power for one minute and stir.
  10. Repeat until melted and smooth.
  11. Dip the balls in the melted chocolate and let sit until firm.
