Date and Berry Smoothie [Vegan]
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 4 medjool dates
- 3 frozen bananas
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 2 cups coconut water or spring water
- Blend up until smooth and creamy. This serves 1 person as a meal or 2 people for a snack.
