Ingredients

  • 4 cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 1 lime, peel removed
  • 1 lemon, peel removed
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • sparkling water

Preparation

  1. Process the cucumber, herbs, lemon and lime through the juicer. If you don’t have a juicer, a blender works for this recipe, too. Just be sure to add a little extra filtered water to the pitcher before blending. Pour into a glass and stir in the chia seeds. Top with sparkling water. Serve with a straw and slice of lime. Enjoy!
