Cooking Time



  • 2/3 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup almond milk, plain
  • 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 1 scoop collagen (optional)
  • Topping: crushed peppermint


  1. Add almond milk and cocoa powder to a small pot and heat until warm.
  2. Pour into blender along with freshly brewed coffee, peppermint extract, stevia and collagen, if using. Blend on high two minutes or until frothy.
  3. Pour coffee into a mug and sprinkle if crushed peppermint.
