Ingredients
- 2/3 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup almond milk, plain
- 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 packet stevia
- 1 scoop collagen (optional)
- Topping: crushed peppermint
Preparation
- Add almond milk and cocoa powder to a small pot and heat until warm.
- Pour into blender along with freshly brewed coffee, peppermint extract, stevia and collagen, if using. Blend on high two minutes or until frothy.
- Pour coffee into a mug and sprinkle if crushed peppermint.
