- Preheat oven to 350F/175C. Prepare a muffin pan and set aside.
- Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl, then combine the two mixture. Make crumble topping by combing all ingredients with a fork.
- Place the batter into the muffin pan add the crumble topping then swirl in with a toothpick.
- Bake for about 17 minutes until golden brown.
- While muffins are baking, make glaze by combing all the ingredients. If you want it runny, just add more almond milk, if you like it thick, add less almond milk.
- Let the muffins cool completely before glazing.
