How to Prepare Cinnamon Roll Breakfast Bars [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the flaxseed and water, coconut oil, applesauce, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Add the oat flour, cinnamon and baking powder and stir until combined.
- Pour batter into prepared baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- While bars are baking, beat together frosting ingredients. Taste and adjust sweetness, as needed.
- Once bars have cooled, frost completely. Slice into 10-12 squares and serve!
