Ingredients You Need for Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fudge [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose baking flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup cane sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup mini vegan chocolate chips

How to Prepare Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fudge [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  1. Prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips. Process until dough forms. Pulse in chocolate chips.
  3. Press dough firmly into prepared pan. Top with another sheet of parchment paper and press down hard to ensure that cookie dough stays together. Cover with clear wrap and set in the refrigerator for 2 hours to firm up.
  4. Slice into bars and serve.

  1. Agree on the raw flour, but worse is the ingredients, two kinds of sugar, vegan butter (oil), fattening and excessive sugar. Fine to have once per year maybe!

  2. Incredibly irresponsible recipe. Everyone knows how easy it is to get food poisoning from raw flour (yes, sorry to disillusion you but even gluten free is not safe). Just because something is vegan and gluten free does not mean it will not make you incredibly sick.

    1. Absolutely right. It boggles the mind how people can keep being this foolish. In order to make the raw flour safe, it has to be spread in a flat baking pan or on a silpat liner and baked at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes to kill pathogens.

  3. I absolutely LOVE cookie dough and everything cookies and cream. This recipe looks delicious and I am definitely going to try it this weekend for my grand-mothers birthday :)
