  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 cup millet flakes
  • 1 cup ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons oil

How to Prepare Chia Burger Buns [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and let it sit for 20 minutes.
  2. Roll out 6 equal buns and place them on a baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. At 390°F, bake the buns for 45 minutes.
