  • 6 dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup oat cream or soy cream
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 3 tablespoons cacao
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation

  1. Heat the oven to 390°F.
  2. In the bowl of a food processor, add dates, raisins, banana, and oat cream. Blend into a smooth cream.
  3. Add all the other ingredients and stir with a spoon to combine.
  4. Line a square tin with baking paper, then pour in the batter. Bake for 12 minutes.
  5. Let cool completely before slicing.
