- Warm up the milk in a small pot –simmer on low recommended 95° F (35°C), then add the lavender flowers – cover the pot & leave for 10 -15 minutes to infuse – strain.
- If you would like to serve your cup of latte warm, place the small pot back on the stove at a low simmer.
- Add the butterfly pea flower powder, sweetener, vanilla, and mix well with a hand frother or a whisk.
- Serve in your fanciest cup, and enjoy!
