Easiest Ever Silken Tofu Mousse
- 400 g silken tofu (learn how to make your own tofu by following this recipe)
- 1 banana
- 1-2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp + 1/2 tsp carob powder
- Blend thoroughly all the ingredients in a blender.
- Pour the mousse into serving glasses.
- Put away in the fridge for at least four hours.
- Prior to serving, sprinkle some carob powder on top.
