My favorite combo: 3 cups of baby kale mix (kale, swiss chard, spinach), frozen banana, 1/2 cup frozen pineapple, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup water, and maybe a Tbs of ground flax/chia seeds. I also add a little protein powder for an extra boost.
