    Ingredients You Need for Tahini Lime Energy Bars [Vegan]

    • 10 Medjool Dates
    • 1/2 Cup Tahini
    • 1 Cup Organic Coconut
    • 1 Lime, juiced
    • Cocoa Nibs optional

    How to Prepare Tahini Lime Energy Bars [Vegan]

    1. Place pitted dates in the food processor and process until broken down, next add the Tahini. Once that is well blended add the Coconut, process. Finish by adding the Lime juice. Once it is all well combined remove dough-like batter to a bowl, and using a spoon mix in Cocoa Nibs (amount you desire).
    2. Roll the dough into a large ball and place between 2 sheets of parchment paper, using a rolling pin - roll flat until about 1/4" thick.
    3. Place in freezer for a few hours, then carefully use a knife or cookie cutter to cut them into desired shapes.
    4. Store in freezer.
