How to Prepare Peanut Butter Cookies [Vegan]
- Start by preparing the 2 flax eggs-For each egg, mix 1 tablespoon very finely ground flax meal and 3 tablespoons water; chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oven to 350° F. Combine all ingredients. Shape the dough into 24 balls. Flatten
- slightly with crossed tines of a fork.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes. Let cool slightly on cookie sheets. Carefully remove to a coolingrack. They will be a bit fragile until cool.
