Then, she adds ginger and turmeric.
Ginger and turmeric are immunity powerhouses that keep you healthy year-round. Ginger is known for its healing, medicinal properties, and turmeric contains curcumin, which is a natural anti-inflammatory. One study published in the BMJ even showed that those who followed a plant-based diet had a 73% lower chance of suffering from moderate-to-severe COVID-19 compared to those who didn’t eat a plant-based diet.
