How incredibly sweet are these two precious babies?! We think they are showing Mike with Skylands Animal Sanctuary how thankful they are for their new life! Forrest and Rudy are both new rescues to the sanctuary who were sick when they arrived. The pair has been in the vet hospital for quite a while, but they are finally home in their lovely sanctuary and seem to be loving every second! Both calves have received medical treatment and Rudy has improved dramatically. Forrest had a setback due to septic joints, but as you can see in the video, he’s feeling so much better! Now they are both “big, healthy, and beautiful!”
Skylands Animal Sanctuary and Rescue provides rescue and rehabilitation for farm animals in need and most importantly, acts as a voice for the voiceless. Thanks to Skylands, animals who would most likely be sentenced to death are given a second chance to live happy, healthy lives, safe from human greed. This compassion and dedication come with a price, however, and the sanctuary can only help more animals in need with the help of animal lovers like you.
