Puppy With a Broken Leg Was Going to be Bait for a Fighting Ring – Then Something Incredible Happened

Little Lance was rescued from a place that is hard to imagine him in – he was taken away from a fighting ring in South Carolina where he was due to be used as bait. Poor Lance had a severely broken leg, rendering him “useless” to the ring, so his fate was sealed to be used as a chew toy for the bigger dogs.

Fortunately, the puppy was saved by a man who had been asked to attend the fight. Now, Lance is finally safe at S.N.A.R.R. Animal Rescue Northeast – and he is looking for a seriously great home!

Lance was brought to animal control by the man who had saved him from the ring. His little leg was repaired and the puppy has been recovering at the vet.

This sweet fellow is about five months old and is now more than ready for his foster or forever home in the Northeast.

Lance is set to arrive in the New York area, and he needs a place to go. His tail is already wagging at the prospect of having a proper loving family and, hopefully, that is exactly what he will have very soon.
