A violent spectacle happens every year in Pamplona, Spain—and it must end. Known as the Running of the Bulls, this event subjects terrified animals to abuse in the name of tradition and tourism.
First, bulls are forced to sprint through crowded, barricaded streets, chased by crowds. People cheer—but these animals are panicked, allegedly provoked into a frenzy. At the end of their run, they’re led into a bullring where the real cruelty begins. One by one, the bulls are repeatedly stabbed and slowly bled out before being killed by a final blow.
This is not culture. It’s animal cruelty dressed up for a festival.
After a U.S. version of this event was cancelled in Arizona this year, we have momentum. Now let’s demand action from Pamplona’s mayor. Sign the petition now. Share it widely. And speak up for animals.
