An Oklahoma puppy named Noah was allegedly subjected to extreme animal abuse after a man was seen dragging him along a road by his neck or collar. The prolonged cruelty left Noah with two broken legs and injuries so severe that euthanasia was nearly required. This kind of violence toward animals demands urgent action. Sign the petition now to protect vulnerable animals and send a clear message that cruelty will not be tolerated.
A concerned passerby reportedly witnessed the incident and alerted authorities, saving Noah’s life. Veterinarians later confirmed he was also at high risk of a fatal bone infection. While Noah survived thanks to emergency care, justice is still needed. A simple fine or short jail term does not prevent repeat harm. We are calling on Okmulgee County authorities to impose a lifetime ban on animal ownership and require mental health counseling. If you care about animals, the environment, and a more compassionate world, sign the petition now. Share it, speak out, and sign the petition now to help stop animal abuse.
