They tried calling places for help, but it was a Sunday night. So, the rescuer had to stick with the owl through the night and nurse him back to health.

A man saw an owl tethered to the roof of a school with a rope wrapped around her leg. He could see that the owl was afraid as she flapped her wings vigorously. Armed with a blanket and scissors, the man went to the roof of the school and freed the bird.
