This Newfoundland is holding up his breed’s title as the ultimate nanny dog. He has all the enviable patience of Nana from Peter Pan. His little girl is set on teaching him how to hula hoop, and he is more than willing to listen. The little girl starts by fetching both of them a hoop. She explains to her doggy best friend that hula hooping is “fun, it’s really fun,” while placing the “big boy” hoop over the dog’s handsome head.
Though this Newfie isn’t the hula hooping champ the little girl hoped for, he excelles at gracefully walking through the hoop. This doesn’t deter his sister from continuing the lesson, however. She continues to explain all the intricate details that go into the art of hula hooping. She then reassures her buddy that he is more than capable of hula hooping.
“Do you think you can do that? You can!” This girl has all the important life lessons figured out. She knows how to have fun and she knows that dog’s are a girl’s best friend.
