When it comes to helping homeless animals in need, there are few individuals who are so undauntingly dedicated than the crew at Hope for Paws. We’ve seen them traverse busy highway intersections, rescue dogs from the side of mountains, and even climb underneath building foundations to save scared, injured, and homeless animals.
In this video, we see actress Jaime Ray Newman, who also serves as Hope for Paws’ CFO, assist Hope for Paws’ founder, Eldad Hagar, rescue a homeless dog who was wandering the streets of Los Angeles for weeks. The rescuers knew the pup was extremely wary of people and would likely bolt the second they got close to him. But thanks to their skills and expertise rescuing stray dogs, they were able to carefully capture him and gain his trust. By the end of the nail-biting interaction, the dog, which they named Seymour, was safe in Jaime’s arms.
After a bath and a lot of love, this frightened pup transformed into a little cuddle monster. With the help of A.R.T N Paws Rescue, Seymour found a forever home! Now he’ll never have to fear hard life on the streets again.
