When Reggie was found on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts, the young puppy was in grave condition. He had a serious injury to his jaw, multiple tick-borne illnesses, and was severely emaciated. However, thanks to a kind veterinarian he made an amazing recovery. She then adopted Reggie. Eventually, the pair moved to North Carolina and then to Michigan.
