Sick Dog Who Was Abused and Chained to a Tree Finally Experiences Love And Kindness (VIDEO)

Angel is a small dog who has led a very difficult life on the mean streets. In Turkey, the country where Angel is from, like in many other places, stray animals are considered a nuisance. Instead of teaching children to pity or help these poor, starving animals, children are taught to avoid them and in some cases, they are even taught that that abusing them is ok.

This poor baby was the unfortunate victim of the latter. Angel had been tied to a tree and pelted with rocks by local children. She was only rescued after parents called in complaining that she was spreading disease. Thankfully, once He’Art of Rescue came to help, everything began to turn around for her.
