First, you’ll want to heat some water in a cup in the microwave for about a minute. Then, carefully take it out and grab a metal spoon. Dip the spoon into the hot water and move it around for a few seconds until the spoon heats up. Take the hot spoon out, wave it around a little, and do a test to make sure that it is not too hot for your skin. When it is a safe temperature, rub the spoon on your mosquito bite.

According to @jord_fran, this helps break down the protein that is in the mosquito’s saliva and helps reduce itchiness and speeds up healing time.
