A woman in Nebraska has been charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor for helping her 17-year-old daughter have an abortion. The daughter, who was legally a minor at the time of the abortion, is now being charged as an adult. She faces up to two years in prison. As if all that wasn’t enough, police secured evidence by looking at the mother and daughter’s Facebook messages.
