A 4-year-old girl known as Sofia, who legally entered the U.S. from Mexico in 2023, is now at risk of dying within days if deported. Sofia suffers from short bowel syndrome, a severe condition that stops her body from absorbing vital nutrients. Her doctors at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles say her life depends on advanced treatment unavailable in Mexico.

Despite being granted humanitarian parole for medical care, the Trump administration allegedly terminated her status and ordered her family to self-deport. If they comply, Sofia will allegedly die.

This isn’t just cruel — it’s a deliberate attack on legal, life-saving protections. Deporting Sofia would allegedly be a death sentence. We must not let this happen.

Sign the petition now to demand Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem reinstate Sofia’s humanitarian parole. Act now — her life depends on it.
