In a disturbing act of cruelty, four pigeons were allegedly glued to a wall in Hong Kong, their legs trapped in 3-foot-long streaks of adhesive. A passerby first spotted the birds frozen in place — still there hours later, unable to escape. Volunteers eventually intervened, gently freeing the birds before rescue experts arrived.
These pigeons endured at least 7 hours of suffering. Their legs were injured and feathers damaged, likely from desperate attempts to break free. No animal should be subjected to this kind of torment.
Authorities must take this case seriously. Whoever is responsible must be held accountable. These innocent birds were simply trying to survive.
