Timothy Michael Randall was unarmed, calm, and begging for answers when Sergeant Shane Iversen allegedly escalated a routine traffic stop into a fatal shooting. Caught on dashcam, Randall is seen complying, hands raised — yet the officer violently wrestles him to the ground, then shoots him in the back as he tries to flee.

The bullet pierced Randall’s lung and heart. Experts who reviewed the footage say there was no threat to justify the shooting. One attorney described the killing as looking like an “execution.”
