Karyn Boswell

Karyn began her career working in a veterinary clinic in Ottawa, Ontario. During this time, she obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology.  Having been vegetarian her entire life, Karyn has a particular attachment to farm animals.  In 2011, Karyn and her family moved to a farm and took in two horses that were heading for slaughter.  She rented a nearby property to house more horses at risk and created a sanctuary to provide a safe haven to horses in need.
