Petition: Get Justice for Neglected Cats in Mississippi

In yet another depressing animal cruelty case, authorities seized 175 cats from several residences in Mississippi. The cats were suffering in various stages of neglect, living in filthy conditions, stacked in cramped cages, without access to water, and their litterboxes were overflowing. Several cats had to be rushed to an emergency veterinarian and 10 dead cats were found in a freezer. Please sign this petition to help make sure the person responsible for this is given counseling and a lifetime ban on having animals.
