A woman already convicted of animal torture has allegedly been found with 12 more abused dogs living in filth inside a van. These dogs had no food or water and were trapped in their own waste — the stench so bad that officers feared one was dead.
She previously served time for skinning and hanging cats and dogs, and was banned from owning animals until 2028. Yet just two years later, she’s allegedly neglecting animals again. It’s clear: the current restrictions aren’t working.
We must protect animals from further harm. This petition urges the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department to issue a permanent ban on animal ownership for this individual and require mandatory mental health treatment.
