Nature never ceases to amaze with its vibrant palette. We’ve all seen animals with patterns and colors that are awe-inspiring. Most of all, among the Earth’s many wonders, are the animals that flaunt the most mesmerizing colors. From the depths of the oceans to the canopies of rainforests, these creatures bring a burst of color to the world around us.

1. Scarlet Macaw

Scarlet Macaws boast every color imaginable. Here, they can be seen getting released from the top of a hill after they have spent time getting rehabilitated. Each of these macaws will meet members of the wild population but will be bringing their own vibrant coloring along with them.

2. Mandarinfish

The Madarinfish is the most vibrantly colored tropical reef fish and a member of the dragonet family. This species of fish is found in the tropical waters of the southwestern Pacific Ocean. Their vibrant colors are for protection, signaling to other animals that they are unsafe to consume.

Chameleons don’t just boast ONE color, they can change their appearance over and over again to match the colors around them. Not only are they colorful, but they also have some other amazing features, like their lightning-fast tongues that they use to catch insects.

4. Madagascan Sunset Moth

The Madagascan Sunset Moth is extremely colorful. They are from Madagascar and their colors blend in with the lush foliage of the rainforest. Their wings can exhibit an array of colors, which often gets them mistaken for a butterfly.

Rainbow Lorikeets, primarily found in Australia, are just as their name says: rainbow. They are mostly found in Australia and live both in the wild and as pets.

Sometimes this world feels a bit grey, luckily there are plenty of animals that mother nature has provided with jaw-dropping colors. From feathers to fur, these animals never cease to amaze and inspire.
