How to Prepare Mimosa Pizza Twists [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

    1. Preheat oven according to the directions your dough requires.
    2. Cut your dough into strips about two inches wide and six inches long.
    3. In a small bowl cream together all of the ingredients for the filling. Spoon the filling down the middle of each strip so that it's just one long thin line.
    4. Next, begin twisting the sides of one strip over to form a twist. Don't worry if some of the filling comes out, just push it back in with your fingers or a spoon. Repeat for each strip.
    5. Bake them according to the directions for your dough. Remove from the oven and allow the twists to cool.
    6. While the twists are cooling, mix together the vanilla, champagne and orange zest for the icing.
    7. Slowly whisk in the powdered sugar until you've achieved your desired consistency.
    8. Drizzle this over the twists and top them with cinnamon and extra orange zest if you're feeling fancy.
