  • 1 and 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup ground pistachio nuts
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 bar vegan dark chocolate

How to Prepare Matcha, Pistachio and Chocolate Marzipan Bars [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  1. Grind the pistachio nuts in a food processor until a flour forms.
  2. Add the almond flour, sugar, water, and lemon juice and blend the mixture until a solid, sticky ball forms.
  3. Roll this out into a slender log, wrap it in plastic wrap, and place it in the freezer for at least 20 minutes (ideally 1 hour).
  4. Take the log out of the freezer and cut it into small squares.
  5. Now on low heat, melt the chocolate in a saucepan. Then drizzle the chocolate on top of the marzipan and leave it to set in the freezer
