  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 cup red lentils
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
