How to Prepare Ayurvedic Garam Masala Spice Blend [Vegan]

The Easy Way:
  1. Mix all the powders and store it in an air-tight glass container. This lasts for upto 6-8 weeks.
The Traditional Way:
  1. Dry roast all of the ingredients in a skillet on a medium to low flame for about five minutes. Grind in a blender or coffee grinder to a fine powder. Now they're ready to use!
